Lunch, trying to eat healthier

My lunch today.  Consists of red seedless grapes, orange slices with pico and salt, apple slices with caramel (not enough to really count) and carrots with some dressing (again not enough to really count).  If this doesn't keep someone regular, I don't know what will.  What I didn't show in the picture was the frozen burrito, lol.  One man cannot survive on fruit alone!  Yesterday was rough because all I had was a salad and then I wanted to eat the entire bag of croutons that I have at my desk!  I need to have more stuff and spread it through out the day.
